A: No. The UT201+, UT202+, and UT202A+ models only measure AC current. However, they can measure both AC and DC voltage. If you specifically need to measure DC current (for automotive batteries), please look for our AC/DC clamp meter variants.
Q: What is the main difference between the UT202+ and UT202A+?
A: The UT202+ includes a temperature probe, making it ideal for HVAC technicians. Conversely, the UT202A+ drops the temperature feature but upgrades the display to 6000 counts, increases the max AC current to 600A, and adds a Live Wire test function.
Q: How does the NCV (Non-Contact Voltage) feature work?
