A: Both models measure 1000A AC/DC current perfectly. However, the UT208B includes a K-type thermocouple probe for temperature measurements (-40°C to 1000°C). The UT207B does not have this temperature testing feature.
Q: When should I use the LoZ (Low Impedance) mode?
A: You should use the LoZ mode when testing long, parallel wire runs. Specifically, these wires often generate capacitive “ghost” voltages. The low impedance mode dissipates this false energy instantly, revealing the true voltage status safely.
