How to initiate a return
- 1Contact us
Email [email protected] with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for the return.
- 2Attach photos
If the item arrived damaged or defective, include photos of the product and packaging.
- 3Receive RMA & Address
We will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 4Ship the item back
